Pyromaitre has implemented its heat transfer knowledge to their cooling units. Three different types of cooling chambers are available Pyrocool, Recirculating Cooler, and Waterspray Cooler to meet different production needs. Available with every Pyro ovens these cooling chamber units can also be added to current production lines.
PYROCOOL
/ Pyrocool’s characteristics /
This cooling system is available with PS Series Pyro ovens. Best suited for small production ovens, this cooling-chamber system is designed to use ambient air to cool heat-treated parts.
The Pyrocool can be configured in :
“L” shape layout a for smaller footprint
In-Line layout
“U” shape layout for a single employee operation
RECIRCULATING COOLER
/ Recirculating cooler’s characteristics /
For application where you need to cool faster but cannot spray water on parts. This cooling system uses heat exchanger to cool the air that is blown on the parts. It is available with every Pyro oven.
The recirculating cooler can be configured in :

In-Line layout
“U” shape layout for a single employee operation
WATERSPRAY COOLER
/ Waterspray cooler’s characteristics /
This is the most efficient way of cooling a high volume of parts in a compact design. The process optimizes part cooling process by spraying a mist of water. It is also available with every Pyro oven.
