Another Configured Solution Ready for Delivery
Check out this new custom-configured oven, engineered to fit seamlessly into our customer’s production environment.
At its core is a PS208E platform, extended on a stretched structure and equipped with a fully customized flight conveyor system. This design features dual stainless steel chains with A-shaped stainless steel flights, ensuring:
- Precise part positioning to meet automated process requirements
- Reliable conveying of unstable or rolling components
- Elimination of springs tangling risks
To complete the process, the system integrates a Pyrocool chamber, allowing for controlled cooling immediately after heat treatment—all within the same continuous workflow.
🔧 This solution also includes several advanced features:
- Pyro Dynamic Heat Loss Control for optimized energy efficiency
- Siemens PLC with enlarged HMI for enhanced operator interaction
- CQI-9 compliance package with Eurotherm Nanodac recorder
- Conveyor motion stop buttons at both ends for safety and control
- Pyro Intelligent Electronic Torque Limiter for drivetrain protection
