How Pyro Created a Custom Configured Solution for their Unique Requirements

Recently, a Pyro customer contacted us for a tempering solution that included various requirements to facilitate the integration of our system into their factories and processes.

A convection oven makes the tempering operation simpler and more reliable than induction. Our high convection technology allows the tempering to be done at high speed and therefore taking the same floor space as a induction tempering machine.

A loading system, an unloading system, a cooling chamber to cool the parts after heat treatment, an electrostatic smoke filter, as well as various control features have been designed and installed to facilitate the integration of the system into the production line.
