At its core is our P5015E oven module, selected for its performance and flexibility. Heating power has been strategically distributed along the oven chamber to precisely match the thermal profile of the massive EV drive shafts, ensuring uniform and consistent results. The conveyor system has been specially adapted- Roller chains and VB blocks securely cradle the shafts while indexed motion ensures precise positioning for robotic loading and unloading. For added protection, we’ve integrated Pyro intelligent torque limiter, a smart safety feature that detects jams and stops the conveyor before damage can occur. Cooling is just as controlled. A Pyro recirculating cooling chamber brings parts down to safe handling temperatures quickly and efficiently, preserving material properties and ensuring downstream safety. Every detail has been tailored to customer specifications, from a unique color scheme to the choice of control components.
