The speed for the fan motors were selected and installed on the prototype. The direct shaft driven gearbox mounted on the oven\u2019s side allow the oven to sit lower to the ground. New programming allow for a great belt speed variability. Times can be as fast as 1 minutes and theoretically unlimited while keeping the gearmotor cool. Multiple successful tests were performed using customer\u2019s parts. One of which resulted in the first order for 3 BASIC Oven. The Prototype will be features at Wafios in March. The BASIC features a 10\u201d wide belt x 72\u201d long chamber, +\/-20F uniformity and Pyro reliability for a 40% lower price.<\/p>\n<h1 class=\"last-child\">Wire D\u00fcsseldorf 2024<\/h1>\n<p>Pyromaitre will exhibit at the Wire D\u00fcsseldorf in Germany.
