At Pyromaitre, the standard design uses static adjustment dampers to regulate the heat distribution along the length of the treatment chambers. These static adjustment dampers do not adapt themselves to different processes. They are in fact adjusted at the oven commissioning and based on the process parameters that will be the most common for the period of life of the oven.
The Pyromaitre dynamic control consists of motorized dampers (here, the part in orange on the picture) which constantly and optimally adjust the heat distribution within the treatment chamber whatever the load and process parameters.
Results are a faster response to load changes (ie. Beginning or end of batches), faster temperature changes and better overall efficiency especially if the oven is meant to run under various loads and process parameters.
